Accounts Clerk 2022

Job Description:-

Sunspot Tours Malta Ltd is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a part-time basis.

Main duties include:

• Checking & paying Invoices
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Posting Rep sales
• Posting Journals
• Liaising with Suppliers
• Petty cash
• Performing general accounting duties as may be required including administration and filing.

Applicants would preferably have:

• 2 years experience
• Minimum A level in accounts
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience and knowledge of Sage accounting software and excel will be considered an asset
• Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative, whilst also being able to priorities workload to meet deadlines.
