Meeting with suppliers and determining our needs and requirements, Managing design projects from concept development through to completion. Developing and presenting project proposals. Adjusting designs and plans to meet the company needs.

• Check execution on construction site and approve completion (execution, invoicing, parts of contract …)
• Coordinate the different stages of execution on a construction site. Follow-up of costs and progress.
• Select and consult suppliers and (sub-)contractors
• Design buildings in: Composite
• Design buildings in: Glass
• Inspect buildings at private persons’ request (risk of collapse, insulation…)
• Handle building permit application before submitting it to the council or government services
• Manage construction site projects: civil architecture
• Manage construction site projects: renovation, expansion of buildings
