Job Description:-

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and service-ware in the hotel;

• Operate cleaning equipment such as dishwashers etc.

• Stock and maintain supplies and equipment;

• Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash;

• Transport, prepare and arrange clean service-ware for events and functions. Ideally you’ll have previous work experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size. You will also be able to work under pressure and able to work shift duties, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays. Applicants must speak fluent English.

• Wash and clean fruit and vegetables
• Maintain and clean work station and kitchen utensils
• Dry and store glassware and utensils
• Do washing up
• Receive and check goods. Store goods in cold-storage room or pantry
• Do dishes and maintenance of (dishes and) materials: silverware
• Do dishes and maintenance of (dishes and) materials: kitchen utensils
• Do dishes and maintenance of (dishes and) materials: trays
• Do dishes and maintenance of (dishes and) materials: glassware, crystal
• Clean and iron restaurant linen
• Clean tables
