Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing & Office Administrator is responsible for all the customer care channels, general administration work as well as assisting the Marketing Manager.

The Marketing & Office Administrator’s duties include;

Head Office Admin/Customer Care:

  • Answer customer care phone calls and emails, manage queries and direct them to the respective departments
  • Order Stationery and Office Supplies
  • Greet Suppliers and potential candidates
  • Be a main point of contact for any admin duties and queries assigned by head office staff
  • Other general admin duties that may arise

Marketing Assistance:

  • Market Research: Competition analysis – instore, websites and social media (prices, offers, articles, posts, new products etc.)
  • Log all requests for marketing material from various departments
  • Liaise with suppliers to get quotes, ensure production and installation of marketing material are carried out within set deadlines

Social Media:

  • Assist in the sourcing of resources for social media content
  • Assist in the creation/production of social media content – photography/videography
  • Scheduling of posts
  • Social Media Monitoring

Events Management

  • Coordination of CSR and PR Activities

Loyalty/Discount Scheme Admin

  • Create new accounts
  • Add/remove points
  • Manage cards
  • Gift Inventory Control
  • Reporting
