Data Analysis Clerk (Gozo)

Job Description:-

Our client is looking for a Data Analysis Clerk to assist the production department and report to the cost controller.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that all required data is collected and entered in the daily Production Sheets, verify records inputted, issue the daily efficiency and works orders
• Monitoring production sheets and making sure they are closed and released within the stipulated time frame
• Assisting the sales department with the sales cycle, that is, inputting of sales order, delivery notes, issue invoices and credit notes
• Issuing stock movement report on a weekly basis. In case of discrepancy she is to follow-up and carry out further investigation.

Candidates must be located in Gozo or willing to relocate

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Fluency in verbal and written English, Maltese is preferred
• Proficiency IT applications, including MS Office Applications
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Education & Experience

• A-Level standard of education
