• Serve food: English service
• Advise clients on articles or food/dieting products and sell
• Check food hygiene (inspection of abattoirs, take samples…).Transmit analysis results and inform veterinary services
• Create the wine and drinks list according to type of cuisine and region
• Provide waitering service in dining room/bar for breakfast or dinner, or during the day
